Q: What is the minimum age to take part?
A: 6 years old
Q: What are the minimum and maximum number of participants?
A: The minimum number of participants we can run a session with is 10. The maximum number of participants we can run with is 38.
Q: Will there be others booked in at the same time as me?
A: Yes. Laser Tag sessions are made up of one or more groups of similar age.
Q: Can I book a session exclusively for my party?
A: Yes, of course. If you do not want us to add other groups to the same session as you, please request an exclusive booking. Please contact us for a quote.
Q: Can adults and children take part together in the missions?
A: Yes, mixed groups are very welcome. However, please note that if your group has a mix of adults and children, we would not add additional adults to the session unless they are part of your group or of another mixed age group.
Q: Do I have to pay a deposit?
A: A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required at booking to secure the date and time and the balance is payable no later than 7 days prior to your event. However, please note, you may be asked to pay in full at the time of booking.
Q: Do I have to pay for any extras on the day?
A: There are no hidden costs to play. Smoke grenades are available to purchase on the day by ‘over 18s’ only as well as SD Cards for a small additional charge. If you have ordered food and not paid you will need to have suitable cash available on the day of the event.
Q: Can I just turn up without booking?
A: No, all sessions need to be pre-booked unless advertised
Q: What should I wear?
A: Camouflage overalls are provided to wear over your clothing, however you will be required to wear suitable footwear for outdoor activities. We run our activities in woodland and there is uneven ground and trip hazards.
Q: Is food and drink provided?
A: Complimentary drinks are included. You may bring your own picnic food with you or you can order pizza. We can provide you with the contact details of the local pizza shop and they will deliver to site. You will need to contact them directly in advance to arrange delivery and payment. Please advise if you are bringing your own picnic food/ordering pizza and the relevant number of places will be reserved in our picnic area. All food and drink, as well as any rubbish generated by the party must be removed from the site. We are happy to provide bin bags for this.
Q: Can I bring a birthday cake?
A: Yes, by all means.
Q: Is there an indoor eating area?
A: Our picnic area is outdoors, however we have army tents on site to shelter your party from the elements if needed.
Q: What happens in bad weather?
A: Unless the weather conditions are deemed hazardous by our staff, then rain does not stop play. Group organisers will be informed as soon as possible in the event of unsafe conditions.
Q: Do I have to stay to supervise my children?
A: Yes, all children on site must be supervised. Although players will also be supervised by staff, at least two adults must stay onsite. Any children not taking part must be supervised at all times.
Q: Is there somewhere I can sit and watch the games?
A: Yes, there are areas around the gaming area to view.
Q: Is there car parking?
A: Yes, free car parking is available on site.
Q: Are there toilet facilities available on site?
A: Yes, we have a portable toilet on site.
Q: Can I bring my dog to site?
A: Yes, dogs are allowed on site as long as they are kept on a lead and supervised at all times. Any dog mess must be cleaned up and taken with you when you leave the site.
Q: One of the participants has a disability, can they still take part?
A: It depends on the nature of the disability. Safety is the prime requirement and we try to be as inclusive as possible.
Q: Can I get a refund if one or more of the participants in my group does not turn up on the day?
A: No. Staffing levels are determined by the number of places booked for any given session. It is possible to add additional participants to a booking either on of before the day of your event, but no refunds will be given for no shows on the day.
