No. We are not a walk-on site. Every session must be booked in advance, so please do not travel without a booking. We cannot take anyone who arrives without one.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your booking total is required to secure a Laser Tag booking, with the balance payable 48 hours before the event. There are no hidden costs.

A non-refundable payment for Mini Tanks is required to secure a booking, with the balance payable 48 hours before the event. Full payment is required at the time of booking for Taster Sessions. There are no hidden costs.

No. Staffing levels are determined by the number of places booked for any given session. It is possible to make substitutions on the day. However, please advise us in advance of the event if you are adding any additional participants.

Yes. We sell Mini Tank gift vouchers for the taster session (£35), the 2-tank session (£230) and the 3-tank session (£300). All are valid for one year from the date of purchase. See gift vouchers.

• Mini Tanks: minimum age 8, and a minimum height of 1.3 metres
• Target Sports (archery, axe throwing, .22 rifle shooting): minimum age 12
• Hyper Shock: minimum age 14

Yes, 1.3 metres. This is about being able to reach and operate the controls safely, so it applies to everyone including gift voucher holders.

Yes to both. We are fully insured for all of the activities we run and for the age groups we have specified, and all of our employees are DBS-checked. Risk assessments are available on request for schools and corporate bookings.

None. Every session begins with a full safety brief and coaching from an instructor. Complete beginners are the norm rather than the exception.

Yes. Please tell us when you book so our instructors can prepare. We regularly work with children who find new situations difficult, and giving them individual attention and a gentler introduction is something our staff are praised for repeatedly in reviews.

Yes. Our activities are run as group sessions, so there is a possibility that someone else will have booked the same time slot and you will be taking part in your activity together. If you would prefer exclusive use, ask about Private Laser Tag (minimum 26 people).

Unless the weather conditions are deemed hazardous by our staff, rain does not stop play. Group organisers will be informed as soon as possible in the event of unsafe conditions. Please be aware that we may not be able to make this decision until we arrive on site on the day.

Closed-toe footwear is required on site at all times, whatever the weather. This is a safety requirement and it applies to every activity, so please do not come in sandals or open shoes.

Otherwise, wear clothing you do not mind getting muddy, as the entire site is woodland and sessions run outdoors year-round. Camouflage overalls are provided for laser tag, which keeps the worst of it off your own clothes.

Session times depend on the activity and the time of year. Our summer timings run from 1 April to 31 October, and winter timings from 1 November to 31 March.

Laser Tag, Hyper Shock and the Laser Tag + Mini Tank combo, weekends only:

• Summer, 1 April to 31 October: 10:00–12:00, 13:30–15:30 and 16:30–18:30
• Winter, 1 November to 31 March: 10:00–12:00 and 13:00–15:00

Target sports (archery, axe throwing and .22 rifle shooting) run seven days a week, with a different price on weekdays and weekends:

• Single activity: hourly starts from 10:00, with the last session running 14:00–15:00
• Combo 2: 10:00–12:00 or 13:30–15:30, all year
• Ultimate Combo: summer (1 April to 31 October) 10:00–13:00 or 13:30–16:30; winter (1 November to 31 March) 10:00–13:00 or 13:00–16:00

Mini Tanks are weekends only, between 10:00 and 15:00.

Yes to all three, plus schools and youth groups. See kids’ parties, corporate days, schools and groups and stag and hen.

Yes. There are toilets available on site for anyone to use.

Yes. You are more than welcome to bring your own food and drink to have on site once your activities are finished, in the seating area we designate for your group.

Yes. Spectators are welcome to come along and watch from our designated viewing area.

Pricing depends on the day, with weekends priced per person and most weekday sessions charged as a flat rate for the group. For session times, see When do sessions run? above.

Target sports on weekends

• Single activity: £60 for 1 hour (£30pp, minimum 2 people)
• Combo 2 (rifles / axes / archery): £120 for 2 hours (£60pp, minimum 2 people)
• Ultimate Combo (rifles / axes / archery): £150 for 3 hours (£75pp, minimum 2 people)

Target sports on weekdays

• Single activity: £180 for 1 hour (up to 10 people)
• Combo 2: £360 for 2 hours (up to 10 people)
• Ultimate Combo: £450 for 3 hours (up to 10 people)

Mini Tanks

• 15-minute taster: 1 person £35, 2 people £70, 3 people £99, plus £30 per additional person
• 2-tank session: 90 minutes for 4 to 8 people, £230
• 3-tank session: 90 minutes for 6 to 12 people, £300

Laser Tag

• £26 per child and £28 per adult for a 2-hour session

No. The price you book at includes all equipment, instruction and your safety briefing. There is nothing extra to pay on the day.

For groups, considerably. Weekday target sports are a flat rate for up to 10 people, so a full group of 10 pays £18 per person for an hour instead of £30. For pairs and small groups, weekends work out cheaper.
