Prices
No hidden costs and no add-ons on the day. Weekend sessions are priced per person; most weekday sessions are a flat rate for the whole group.
Session times vary by activity and by season, and all sessions must be pre-booked. Prices include all equipment, instruction and safety briefing.

Deposits & balances
Do I have to pay a deposit for laser tag?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% of your booking total secures your laser tag booking, with the balance payable 48 hours before the event. There are no hidden costs.
Do I have to pay a deposit for mini tanks?
A non-refundable payment is required to secure a mini tank booking, with the balance payable 48 hours before the event. Taster sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. There are no hidden costs.
Are there any extras to pay on the day?
No. The price you book at covers equipment, instruction and your session. There are no hidden costs and nothing to top up.
What if someone in my group does not turn up?
Refunds are not given for no-shows, because staffing levels are set by the number of places booked. You can substitute someone else on the day, but please tell us in advance if you are adding participants.
